James Robson stands as a distinguished leader in the senior living sector, serving as the Founder and President of Robson Asset MGMT. His previous tenure as Vice President of Senior Living at Robson Communities saw him spearheading transformative initiatives, particularly during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic, where he established comprehensive health and safety protocols that prioritized the well-being of residents.
In his current role, James is unwaveringly committed to operational excellence and the delivery of exceptional service tailored to the needs of residents. His vision has been pivotal in the creation of innovative senior living communities, including the acclaimed Robson Reserve at Pebble Creek. Moreover, he has successfully led extensive rehabilitation projects that enhance facilities and services offered, ensuring that residents enjoy a vibrant and comfortable living environment.
James Robson's academic background includes a degree in International Political Economics from Arizona State University and a Master’s in Global Management from the esteemed Thunderbird School of Global Management. His professional journey commenced in the home building industry and encompassed the management of a substantial student housing portfolio in Michigan, providing him with a multifaceted perspective on real estate development.

Tyler Wood is an Arizona native and accomplished Director of Operations specializing in senior living management, technology, and operational infrastructure. A graduate of Phoenix College with studies in Criminal Justice, Tyler brings over 15 years of facility management expertise to the senior living industry.
Throughout his career, Tyler has demonstrated exceptional leadership capabilities, having obtained his Assisted Living Manager license and successfully overseen comprehensive operations across multiple senior living communities. His operational acumen encompasses all facets of community management, from regulatory compliance and staff oversight to day-to-day facility operations and building maintenance. Tyler's unwavering dedication to operational excellence ensures that every aspect of community function runs seamlessly, from proactive maintenance scheduling to swift resolution of operational challenges.
Tyler has been instrumental in implementing comprehensive maintenance tracking systems that significantly enhance operational efficiency across facilities. His hands-on approach and meticulous attention to detail guarantee that all systems, processes, and team members work in concert to maintain the highest standards of facility performance. His expertise includes directing major technology infrastructure upgrades while skillfully managing the complexities of multi-site operations. Meghan Rousseau earned her degree in Communications with an emphasis in Marketing from Grand Canyon University. Upon graduation, she launched her career across diverse marketing roles in multiple industries, where she developed expertise in strategic content creation, brand positioning, and community engagement. Through these experiences, she refined her ability to craft compelling narratives and connect authentically with varied audiences.
Meghan ultimately discovered her professional calling in the senior living sector, where she transitioned from broader marketing responsibilities into specialized sales and marketing roles. She was drawn to this field by the meaningful opportunity to make a tangible, positive impact on both residents and their families during a significant life transition. For the past several years, she has dedicated herself to developing comprehensive marketing strategies and materials that center on authentic resident stories, highlighting the vibrant, enriching reality of senior living communities rather than outdated stereotypes.
